职位描述：
1、协助总经理根据公司战略规划，设计、组建、管理、开发公司海外部门。
2、确保海外部有效协调海外代理，为海外段提供优质服务。
3. 及时更新海外代理数据库，理解并根据实际情况及时更新海外代理的SOP。
4、维护与海外代理的长期合作关系，争取稳定的海外指定货量，并确保公司的盈利。
5、为销售和业务开发团队提供海、空运、进口、出口、仓储等业务海外段的报价。
6、协助财务部及时处理应收及应付账款。
7、向海外代理推荐和推广公司的服务。
1、Develop overseas agency according to company regulation & procedure to achieve the profit target.
2、Coordinate in dependently with overseas agent to provide professional Cargo service, understand SOP and requirement of each agent, update the database of overseas agency.
3、Maintain long team relationship and stable deliver volume to ensure the stable incensement of company profit.
4、Provide overseas price to Sales or BD department including importing, exporting, sea freight, air freight,
warehousing and insurance.
5、Coordinate with Finance Department to declare Overseas AR & AP.
6、Introduce & promote company service in other port to overseas agency.
1、本科以上学位，物流或国际贸易专业，熟悉进出口操作。
2、5年以上物流公司工作经验，其中至少3年以上海外指定货操作及开发经验并有2年以上主管或部门经理工作经验。
3、有较强的团队意识和沟通能力。
4、较强学习能力，能承受较强压力，有责任心，仔细，对数字敏感
5、思路清晰，组织能力强，能独立解决问题。
6、有前瞻性有创新精神，熟悉海外事务。
7、CET- 4 以上，英语听说读写流利

1、Bachelor Degree or above, major in Logistics or international trading, familiar with import and export.
2、More than 3 year's working experience in Logistics company with at least 2 years’ experience in FOB cargo.
3、Good team player with good communication and coordination skills.
4、Quick learner with strong adaptability & responsibility, can work under pressure, carefully and sensitive with data
5、Clear-minded, well-organized, able to solve problem independently.
6、Creative & active, familiar with overseas custom
7、CET - 6 or above, good command of English skill both in oral and written.
